This page explains what the MS Telecom app collects, why, and what happens when you delete your account.
What we collect
- Your phone number, which is your account.
- Your name and city.
- Your orders and wallet history: what you bought, top-ups, refunds and balances.
- Payment receipts you choose to upload with a top-up request.
Why we use it
To run your account and wallet, deliver what you buy, and keep the shop's accounts. We don't use your data for advertising and we don't track you.
Who we share it with
We never sell your data. We share only what is needed to deliver a service — for example, the number you recharge goes to the mobile operator — and our servers are run by a hosting provider.
Keeping and deleting your data
We keep your data while your account is open. When you delete your account, your name and city are removed and you are signed out. Orders and wallet history are kept for the shop's accounts, no longer linked to your name.
