You can delete your account from the app at any time. This can't be undone.
In the app
- Open the MS Telecom app and sign in.
- Go to the Profile tab.
- Tap Delete account, read what is kept, then tap Delete my account. You are signed out straight away.
Before you delete
Your wallets must be empty and no order can still be pending.
What is deleted and what is kept
We keep your data while your account is open. When you delete your account, your name and city are removed and you are signed out. Orders and wallet history are kept for the shop's accounts, no longer linked to your name.
If you can't sign in
Email chkhoury00@gmail.com with the phone number of the account. We delete it within 30 days.
